This young chef’s signature culinary style is inspired by his mastery of light, flavorful Japanese and Korean cooking.

From tonight the Quarte Kitchen & Cocktail Lab is open every night from 6pm-2am


Choose between the à la carte menu or the chef’s menu (80 euros) and try such specialties as foie gras teriyaki style, filet of American Wagyu beef with black pepper sauce, or Wahoo (fish) roasted with sweet potato/artichoke/green curry. Epicures will be tempted to finish their meal with a delicious banana flambé sprinkled with almonds, banana ice cream, or maybe crème brûlée with Matcha tea and Tonka beans.
