Immerse yourself in the shades of blue, from the turquoise sky to the azure sea, and take the time to discover St-Barth through its culinary traditions, from French gastronomy to Caribbean flavors.

This is also where the island’s chefs come to stock up every day, who often offer the catch of the day at their tables, in tasty preparations of French or fusion cuisine, a mix of Mediterranean and Asian cuisines, Creole.

Launched in 2014 as a symbol of culinary excellence, this gourmet experience pays homage to the best of French cuisine with no less than 10 acclaimed chefs invited from France especially for this year’s event.
Working side-by-side with the chefs at various island restaurants,
their sole objective is to delight your taste buds by way of specialties created for the occasion.
