description

In 2009, Bonito Saint Barth opened its doors for the first time and became renowned as a high-end restaurant with a comfortable and welcoming environment. Inspired by the surrounding island, the interior is designed to resemble a beach house – so guests can feel at home, while enjoying a luxurious meal. Bonito offers our signature French Pan-American cuisine – a combination mastered by Chef Owner Laurent Cantineaux. He is known for his innovative cuisine which has been crafted with French techniques as well as his experience in the Americas across the last 20 years.
The restaurant is shaped by outstanding guest service led by General Manager Owner Nicolas Gicquel.
His leadership has designed an experience that will make guests feel like they are visiting friends, even during their first visit! While not in St. Barth, guests are invited to visit Bonito’s sister restaurant in Colorado – Betula Aspen. Locals and jetsetters alike have chosen both Bonito and Betula as must-see destinations.
Bonito can be explained but must be ultimately lived.

Music is big at Bonito. The sounds of DJ Trujillo and DJ Alex Moretti enhance the atmosphere and help you feel at ease. Each tune is selected with as much care as one would choose a fine wine.
You will eat, sip, laugh, and from your seat, you will eventually dance!
